We both enjoyed the stay...
Liked: Breakfast very good choice was excellent. Staff very helpful. Location was brilliant and central to all amenities.
Disliked: In the room 161 there was a noise outside that annoyed me and kept me awake a while i think it was pumps or air conditioning units not sure. I was going to complain but was only staying for a couple of nights.

Was really disappointed for the...
Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: I had 6 tiles fall down onto me while in the shower damaging my foot and ruining my stay. It was a family room and it could have been a child in the shower. They then moved us rooms to a smaller room but by the time this happened it was 1am and expected to check out 9 hours later.

Nice stay but met with...
Liked: Staff were friendly and it was a nice central location lots of activities in close proximity as well as eateries and shops.
Disliked: I requested early check in but even at 2.15pm our room still wasn't ready and when asked when it would be ready was told after 4pm which is ridiculous as that is pretty much the end of the day. We then had no choice but to pay an additional £20 to take a room that was already free and I think this should have been given to us free of charge as the early check in was requested weeks ago so it should be a prioritisation for the hotel. It was for my partners birthday and frankly this spoilt the treat that it was meant to be. Also it was meant to be a queen room but it was no bigger than a basic double and the TV was hung on the wall so wonky it couldn't be straightened and therefore wasn't pleasant to watch.Other than that facilities and hotel are nice and clean and comfortable.
