Liked: The location of the hotel is ideal, everything is in a walking distance which makes it easy to walk around the town. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, we enjoyed our stay.

Overall very good.

Disliked: Would have been good to have water in the room.

Liked: Outstanding friendliness of staff , seem happy in a genuine way in all areas , a man cleaning in pool area when I got lost took me to the lift and when my case fell over he picked it before I noticed. I liked the way the staff seemed to like each other and chatted in a nice welcoming way , it means the hotel has a good vibe if ur staff are happy.
Disliked: Only thing I found the mattress a bit firmer than previous stays years ago but I slept well . I was a little disappointed that the room layout was different from the picture online. I chose a room that I thought was divided by a wall to a sofa bed but it was all actually in the same room , my friend snores and I wanted a little distance !

Liked: The hotel was lovely and clean and well maintained. The swimming pool, sauna and steam room were a lovely addition and a nice way to relax after a long journey.

Disliked: No bath. Room had a musty smell.Chaotic breakfast service. Poor egg chef was inundated so I didn't order the omelette I wanted.
