Perfect.
Liked: Was a lovely hotel. Had everything you needed and the staff were amazing.
Disliked: Maybe better parking prices if staying at the hotel.

Liked: I’ve always used this hotel home from home beautiful to look at always clean and staff and manager was amazing polite and very friendly and helpful

Wouldn’t stay again because of...
Liked: The breakfast was nice. The hotel was nice. But not our room. A couple of staff were nice and helpful but the majority not so.
Disliked: The issues we had; upon check in. The lady was not informative of anything where room was etc. We had to ask other members of staff and other guests. Then the room. It’s called a superior king room with sea view and balcony. The bed was damaged. The decoration of the room was not finished. In sanded pollyfiller in places. Badly cut in paint work. Paint drips, hand prints from paint. Damage in the bathroom ceiling. Stains on the floor. Rubbish and cigarette bits on the balcony. Hair dryer was broken. Cleanliness was poor they had wiped the edging of things but nothing else. AC wouldn’t go lower than 18•c, so not really AC then. We didn’t notice this the first night as when we got to the room we was about 2 hours later than planned so dropped our stuff off and went straight back out for dinner. When we noticed the next day we didn’t want to be moved as we only had one night left plus it was the last room with balcony sea view upon booking. The room couldn’t be considered more than an economy room from travel lodge. Yes big bed, balcony and sea view but with the above issues. It was far from superior. Breakfast we got seated at a table, we got coffees and took to our table then went to get food and they cleared our table and was sitting someone else there when we came back from self serve food. When it came to checking out trying to tell staff the issues we was told just drop your key in the box. We will look into it. No concerns of how it affected our weekend.Did contact Hilton via the customer website was informed of a response with 3 days. Hurd nothing back so again further more they don’t care how our stay was affected by the room poor economy standards, sold as superior king size room. Who knows maybe they will get back to me now about this? I doubt it. Tried twice before reviewing here. Had someone got back to me about the issues I’ve tried to raise on separate occasions and the way staff treated guests and inquiries been better the mark would have been better.

Lovely relaxing weekend
Liked: Great location, loved the see view from our room, common areas are very well kept, the facilities are nice and it is simple to book swimming pool.
Disliked: The room was small, the shower made a mess in the whole toilet as it only had a screen, the late night room service menu was non existent.
