Not what I was expecting.

Liked: The hotel doesn’t have parking on site. There is a parking lot on other facilities and they make you pay ridiculous fees.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: The air conditioner was shockingly loud. Having to pay for parking, a lot of construction in the area, having to pay for breakfast.

Liked: Good location...close to metro station and ocean view. Just 7 minutes to market. Comfortable parking slot. Room was ok.
Disliked: No laundromat service. No restaurant. They serve some take away but it is hm...less than funny - better choice is market! Realy good stuff in the market

A very nice hotel for...

Liked: The room was spacious and quiet, despite being on the ground floor and on the main road side of the building. The hotel is a less than 5 minute walk to the nearest sub-way station which allows a quick and cheap transit into the Downtown area but also has the benefit of being away from Downtown, close to the bay and beach for peaceful walks or runs.
Disliked: The breakfast restaurant is really only a cafe with counter rather than table service. No nearby options for evening meals as far as I could find.
