Please fix these minor things...

Liked: We love Hilton but was a bit disappointed by this Doubletree by little things that make a difference that can be fixed. 1st off - Aaron at the front desk was awesome!!!! Very warm, welcoming and hospitable.The 1st floor look was very nice. The beds were nice and comfy. We called for blankets and they came right away - and the last that brought them up was.
Disliked: Then we faced the elevator situation - took 10 minutes to get on. Then the ice machine on our floor was not working and there was a sign for a vending machine but there was no vending machine to be found. The hallway is nice but the little patch work of painting that needs to be done is not the same color and make it look bad. Also - my glass cups in our room was dirty. The walls behind the bathroom door needed to be wiped down. Inside of the toilet was dirty - had brown mark all the way in the back. The sign behind the entry door needs to be wiped down also. It make me feel like the place wasn’t wiped down properly or at all except for the beds.

Was fine for one night...

Liked: Location was good, pool and hot tub were pretty nice.
Disliked: Stains on carpet, bathroom felt dingy and door was not opening/closing smoothly so you almost had to kick it open. For the very high price compared to other better hotels in the area I expected much more. Breakfast wasn't even included!

Liked: The room was expensive and i was charged twice -i was told it was a “glitch” and am still waiting on - refund of over 500 dollars. No apologies and couldn’t seem to understand why i was upset
