Liked: Check in went good. The cookies were great. Room was comfortable. Facility worked!
Disliked: Breakfast!! Had to ask for dishes. Coffee not hot. Danishes were frozen. Service poor. Food so-so. I would not have paid extra for Breakfast had I known it was going to be poor!

Liked: Hotel was beautiful, Rooms were very nice, Spacious clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Upon checking in, we were greeted by a front desk staff member who had a notably negative attitude. Her tone was dismissive, and she appeared irritated by my questions, responding in a rude manner. This was the most surprising experience I’ve had at any hotel, especially after traveling from Canada. It’s crucial for front desk staff to remember they are the first impression for guests, and her demeanor left a lasting negative impression. I was genuinely taken aback by the entire interaction.
