Liked: Beds, pillows, front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I booked two rooms. My parents next door had a leaking sink faucet that flooded their toiletries, no toilet paper, toilet issues that my father fixed in the night and a squealing noise all night. The pay coffee station in lobby had no napkins, stir sticks which was needed. The front desk and general manager were very willing to offer us a discount on their room, but because it was booked with Booking.com they said they couldn't. The staff came up to check on things quickl, but the damage was done in the middle of the night and too late.Lighting in the room not great. Bar food dry over cooked meat.
