Liked: It's an elegant hotel in a great location
Disliked: The noise in the room and the late shuttle. First the room; the heating system is too loud, like an old air conditioner. And the worst part is after it's run, it's loud cycle is followed by the fridge coming alive with its old worn motor, pops and clicks. And then we were woken by dogs at 1 am, on the 14th floor, in the room next to us.The shuttle: We took the second shuttle of the day at 5:20 am, but it didn't arrive until 5:45 - other guests snagged the few Ubers available that early. The shuttle driver said there was no communication with hotel that he had guests scheduled at that time. $200 night? No thank you

Disliked: They lost the reservation, waited for over 2hrs to get a room, no efforts made to compensate the inconvenience

Disliked: No food service after 10. Room AC rattled loudly all night.

Comfortable bed but far too...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and the restaurant food was good.
Disliked: The tub wouldn’t drain, I requested help twice and no one came to look at it. First time may have been my fault because I forgot to take off the do not disturb sign but I had told them I’d be out all day. Second day I was told someone was looking into it but that’s the last I heard.
