Liked: Perfect location. Loved my view of Los Angeles Platz. Well appointed and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: There were some thumping noises during day and evening which I believe came from the fitness facility on the floor below me

Liked: Everything was perfect. Staff was very kind and lovely. They greeted us with a very yummy cookie. But the downfall was that in the beginning of my check-in, they pulled out from my bank account double the stay price but eventually they have returned it in a day, which was good.The other negative thing about the hotel was that the room service was very odd. Anything we had to order to bring up to our room we had to pay €20 extra which is something very new and not expected from any four-star hotel. The housekeeping to be honest was also a downfall because we noticed that the bedsheets and the pillows was not changed. It was just arranged every single time they cleaned our room.

Liked: They advertise as 5 star hotel but apparently they're 4 stars. Hotel is cozy but in our room we could hear outside noises through the night. Also our room wasn't the cleanest.The main problem we had is that even we paid our room through booking.com before, we were still charged around 450 euros and there is still a pending transaction of 350 euros (which summed up is around 800 euros).The 450 euros were refunded two days after a complaint but the 350 is still a pending transaction even almost 5 days after leaving the hotel. That really spoiled our experience because we were short on money after that. I hope this other transaction is canceled and it won't go trough.
