The hotel is nice and...

Liked: Room is superb. Altthough we didnt get to stay with a nice view but its clean and comftable. I just cant believe how expensive the breakfast is. so we didnt get it. Also a pint for 11 eur is extremely unreasonable.
Disliked: Cost of food and drinks. Also be careful with the bottled water they place in your room. its not free.

Liked: I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku’damm for six days, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of Berlin near the iconic Kurfürstendamm, which made exploring the city’s top attractions incredibly convenient. Just a short walk away, I found myself surrounded by amazing shopping, dining, and cultural spots like the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church and Berlin Zoo.From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their warmth and efficiency. The signature DoubleTree COOKIE was a nice touch and a small gesture that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The rooms were modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable beds that ensured a restful night’s sleep after days spent exploring the city. The room amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi and thoughtful touches like a coffee maker, and water, added to the convenience and comfort.I also appreciated the hotel’s facilities, particularly the well-equipped fitness center that allowed me to keep up with my workouts. Although I didn’t have a chance to attend meetings, I noticed that their meeting spaces seemed professional and accommodating – ideal for business travelers.Another highlight was the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. The food was fresh and well-prepared, giving me the energy I needed each morning to head out and enjoy Berlin.Overall, my stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku’damm was exceptional. With its prime location, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service, I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin, whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Liked: The location was near main train station and shops
Disliked: The staff were not up helpful at all. On arrival they did not ask how I was or how my journey was, they just checked me in and gave me a room key. I had to ask myself how to get to the lift and which direction to go in. I also had to move my own luggage, had to ask about breakfast timings and where to go for breakfast. I was not told informed about the hotel facilities, where anything is, what services the hotel has. The restaurant staff were not friendly either. I had to enquire myself on how they managed breakfast. There was a chef cooking eggs but on the side I couldn’t see. I noticed it on my second day. I also left my plate and drink to go get some more food only to return to find someone sat at my chair The staff should escort visitors to the nearest empty table and oversee the restaurant a bit better. I have stayed at many Doubletree by Hilton hotels before but this is the first time I hade had an experience like this.
