Liked: Really convenient having the restaurant on site, and the food wasn't bad.
Disliked: The water pressure was terrible and the heater was very loud.

Liked: We loved the location.
Disliked: The beds were so uncomfortable that after one night we were lining up pillows to sleep on top of, to try and minimize discomfort. After two nights we had to go get a massage after check out because we were both in so much discomfort from the poor quality mattress. I have never experienced anything like it before. The room was incredibly hot (74 degrees) and the A/C was either broken or wasn’t efficient. We had to run it constantly and still couldn’t get the room under 72 the whole time we were there. The A/C was loud and made a loud hissing noise every time it kicked on, which was every few minutes with the room temperature. We have stayed here before and loved it, this time was awful. We shared our concerns with staff and were offered a cookie for our troubles. They told us that we couldn’t switch rooms because we booked third party instead of direct.

Disliked: The Bed Bugs & BioHazard Pool.. I had an allergic reaction to the bed bugs n I am still sick fm the infection in my head caused by the pool.. I'm asking for a FULL refund!!

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to many bars and restaurant options.
Disliked: Breakfast is not included in your base room rate, but is from their restaurant not just continental breakfast. We did not purchase the breakfast since we were departing before breakfast started.

Great stay! Slight fire alarm...

Liked: This is a great place. It's absolutely beautiful and the location is great.
Disliked: Apparently, there was an issue with their fire alarm system. The alarms went off after midnight and we had to go outside to wait for the "all clear". Oh, and it was below freezing outside. We felt really bad for the families that had little children!! The alarm went off again in the morning. Poor people were trying to eat breakfast.
