Fantastic location to explore Bath

Liked: Asked for a different room with a walk in shower and this was done immediately. Location was excellent for exploring Bath.
Disliked: Windows need a bit of maintenance as very hard to open & close but everything else was excellent

Liked: This is advertised as a 4 star hotel, with room service. As I discovered when very tired and hungry; the phone in my room didn’t work, there was no room service, and the staff seemed not to care about service at all. Two tiny lifts available, one of which was out of service all weekend, meaning long queues to get to rooms. Really disappointing.

Liked: Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Good English breakfast.
Disliked: One of the lifts didn't work. Bathroom ceiling above the shower showed signs of black mould. Parking is available at the Podium which is a carpark under the hotel. 24 hours charged at £18, which I thought was expensive.

Disliked: Beds so uncomfortable. Not sure we had a premiere room either. Also no water in fridge.

Very good. A prime location...

Liked: The breakfast was good but we were seated near to a group of men who's language was awfull. I'm not a prude but using the f word every sentence is not necessary so it spoilt the experience somewhat.
Disliked: The foul mouthed people on the table next to us.
