I paid for a King Deluxe room months in advance, only to be told upon my arrival that it was not available. I then was told that I was being upgraded to a suite for the inconvenience but was put in a regular room instead, while still having paid for a King Deluxe. Not cool at all. The room was clean and nice but not what I paid for nor expected. I was disappointed. It truly is the little things that matter.

Liked: Been staying here for years now. Clean, comfortable and love the shuttle to/from the airport.

Disliked: The daytime manager(she) was off putting and rude to our sponsor. She walked around making snide comments like I’m the manager and I woke like this, truly unprofessional behavior in front of adults but especially impressionable young students. Early Check-in was not available to us and we left for our tour and came back well after 5pm and checkin still a long event/ not ready. We were a group of 30 coaches, players, and parents. Trip was booked months in advance and they were called few days prior to our arrival to confirm all arrangements. There was supposed to be to shuttles available for transport but only one was available when needed due staff taking the keys home per one of the staff members. Georgia is a long way to come for bad hospitality.
