I paid for a King Deluxe room months in advance, only to be told upon my arrival that it was not available. I then was told that I was being upgraded to a suite for the inconvenience but was put in a regular room instead, while still having paid for a King Deluxe. Not cool at all. The room was clean and nice but not what I paid for nor expected. I was disappointed. It truly is the little things that matter.

All in all...

Liked: The front desk clerk.
Disliked: I couldn't handle the body wash...shampoo...lotion...etc. It was LOCKED to the wall. Making it awkward to use. TV channels sucked. They need to invest in a cable upgrade. More FOX channels than I care for. 48.6% of Americans did NOT vote for COMRADE Trump. We don't need, or want a steady diet of FAUX News.
