Could have been nice if...

Liked: Room was good enough had a nice chair and good lighting, mattresses where not bad, shower was oke, breakfast was very nice and cozy, parking was free and good
Disliked: There was a smell of marihuana all over the second floor where we stayed and in the lobby while we came to check in and had to wait in line for 20 min, some people maybe like that smell of weed but I’m pretty disgusted by it so yeah it really put a stamp on the stay and it was even noticeable in our room …. Really weird as if they had a weed plantation on the floor under us that strong was the smell everywhere

Liked: The outside was nice, the young man who checked us in was amazing and the bar was great!
Disliked: The bathroom was NOT cleaned, soap scum in the shower and hair as well… we didn’t have time to complain because we traveled out of town to go to an event so WE cleaned it. All night we heard dripping and all night I was up and down trying to figure it out, the next morning I pull the curtain back and the window was black mold all around. The water from the AC units above must have been leaking because there was no rain yet there was water everywhere along the window seal. What made me complain was the staff afterwords they have been less than helpful or concerned each time I’ve called the attitude that was given to me seemed like what you want us to do about it! Never any empathy I’ve called corporate and it’s been escalated when all I wanted was acknowledgment of the rooms appearance! I would have taken a SINCERE APOLOGY and some extra cookies and been satisfied it’s not always about money it’s about how you treat the people you come across and after yearsss of using Hilton I was very upset with how this location has handled this situation!

Liked: Didn't have breakfast. Traffic near Atlanta is always the pits.
Disliked: The pet area was very small. The extra charge($75) for a pet is a bit much. The first room I was given had a thermostat with no heat and it was in the 20's that night. I called the front desk and a maintenance employee arrived within a couple of minutes, informing me that it couldn't be corrected. The very nice man went to the office to change my room and helped me move my bags. I heard doors opening and slamming shut into the late night.
