Liked: Loved the amenities and room was clean
Disliked: The room service was not available during the times that are clearly stated. Called down 2 hours before room service stops and was told they were not taking anymore orders.

Liked: Very good breakfast buffet. Good service in the bar/restaurant.
Disliked: We were put in a "handicap-enabled" room, so the shower was a bit off-normal.

Shopping mother/daughters trip--wonderful fun and...

Liked: We shopped at the mall and loved the closeness of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was wonderful when we arrived--hot tub and pool fun, room great and the cookies, very good! Thank you!!! All was perfect!
Disliked: nothing--all was wonderful!
