Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleased to see a recycling bin in the room. The staff was polite and helpful. There was also lots of parking and convenient nearby eating places.

Liked: Near family I was visiting. OK hotel.
Disliked: Final bill charged extra for breakfast the reservation confirmed was included. Paid for upgraded room with fireplace and kitchenette but was given hearing impaired room instead (which was not needed) at same price. My fault I did not check first or challenge the bill.

Disliked: My room was the last in a long corridor.I think it should not be given to seniors. At least a small drinking water inside room for new guest would be highly appropriated .

Disliked: Room was dirty (previous tenant had spilled medication under bathroom sink. Pills were still on the floor). Bath tub was chipped. TV was unplugged.

Disliked: The room smelled like smoke, the body wash and conditioner bottles were empty, the music in the hallway blared all night even after repeated requests to the front desk to turn it down, the room phones were both broken and the front desk repeatedly lied to us regarding credit in our account.
