Common sense did not prevail!!!...

Liked: It was clean and had a secure situation for our car. It was close to city centre.
Disliked: It wasn’t 4 star like advertised. Bathroom hazardous with the shower being in the bath, ridiculous- but they supply a suction mat - is this really a hotel where you pay big bucks & you have to use a suction mat

Spacious quiet rooms, lovely outlook

Liked: Wonderful having one of Alice Springs best restaurants Hanuman inside the hotel foyer.
Disliked: Location was a bit of a hike to town but on the other hand that was great exercise for a daily walk there and back.

Liked: We arrived and found a parking spot - room was comfortable
Disliked: Could not get a meal although there seemed to be plenty of empty table in venues you obviously have staff issues - had to eat room service

Liked: The room was nice and well maintained. Great pillows. Bathroom was fine. The restaurant on site was excellent and there is a nice outdoor bar area and pool. I was sorry I couldn't spend more time there. It's out of town so the youth issues aren't as big a problem there. I loved the bunnies eating outside the window.
Disliked: The casting system to the TVs didn't work properly. You'd set up, watch for a minute or two and then the link would die and you'd need to set up again. I gave up.
