Disliked: The rooms were dirty there were several stains on the walls and dressers in multiple rooms that could be compared to male bodily fluids , the wall paper was peeling there was crusty vents that were eye sores one room out of the few that we had tried had stains and a broken thermostat along with feathers and plastics on the floor one room we were switched to had a broken door and wasn’t even able to be seen to see if it was better because you just couldn’t open it as the main handle to enter was broken :/ which the front desk lady Natalie suggested we were possibly opening it wrong or needing to try another way to which we showed her the picture of the BROKEN handle and the last room that we settled on after the first ones (because I was tried of playing musical rooms at this point )had parts of the wall/ceilings on the floor and stains on the walls by the tv split wall paper and was very dated not to mention we paid extra for breakfast to then be told at check in that we had to be refunded for the breakfast because they were doing walk n go style which was milk and muffins and such for 200$ room instead of the buffet which was one of the main selling features The whole stay was disappointing for as pretty and expensive this hotel looks online and in the lobby I felt like I was catfished Steven at the front desk talked to a manager about helping us with the room rate which was nice and Natalie tried her best but at one point I felt like I needed to apologize to her for things that I was being bothered by it felt like she was given a list of rooms that needed to be cleaned and picked only from it which probably wasn’t the case but it was definitely not a great way to start the new year and I won’t do it again I’ve had better stays a red roof

Unsanitary and broken

Liked: I was given the first room. The door didn't work I couldn't get in. Maintenance came finally I was offered the second room. In that room when we turned back our bed linen they had someone's blood on the sheets and pillow cases. Disgusting.

Liked: Expected suite. Wasn't. in room coffee horrible. Not a Hilton quality setting.
Disliked: Booked two rooms. Believed breakfast was included into price paid. Went to breakfast next morning ONLY TO BE HARRASSED NO LESS THAN 5 TIMES BY WAITRESS.I politely indicated it was included with room. She brought list twice to say no. I again said I would discuss with front desk which was some 30 feet from where we sat. We were still EATING OUR BREAKFAST. I then went to front desk. They said no, not included in booking.. I said just put it on my card. Front desk person said we were all settled up. Same waitress came to me again to say I had to pay her. I believed it was being added to my card by front desk. Another trip to front desk when I inquired if I needed to sign check at breakfast, answer was yes. I did so. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS JUST SO POORLY HANDLED. WE AS A FAMILY WITH 2 GRANDCHILDREN JUST TRYING TO EAT BREAKFAST had the whole experience soured by a waitress thar was relentless and bothersome and frankly menacing. I am a Hilton Honors member. Skipping out on a check was never a thought or possibility. The waitress made the whole trip UGLY.
