Disliked: A little confusing entering Didn’t realize there were two elevators for two different sections. I was on one side and had to go down the elevator, passed the pool area to the other section and up another elevator.

Just can't get a break

Disliked: The room a/c stopped working had to move to another room then the bed was smaller my son's pull out couch bed had stains on the sheets and stuff my husband took pics burn hole on the floor we reported. His mattress was so thin he woke up sore. The buffet I paid 17*3 wasn't even worth it the fruit was the only thing good and I Love breakfast was very sad about that. Look at the cameras I pushed my plate away. The pool smelled like urine the photos on the website shows a hot tub and a nicer pool. Hook bait for 289$ I was very very disappointed and they wouldn't even give us a cookie to leave with said it's for guest only. Like how rude.
