Liked: Location; layout; pet friendly; cleanliness.
Disliked: Check in staff were unfriendly; extra charges weren’t fully explained; uncomfortable bed/pillows.

It was a short overnight...
Liked: The Hotel is beautiful, and the staff is so friendly. The hotel bar and staff were top notch. Never left you with an empty glass. Very informative of the area and the things to do in around the area.
Disliked: The valet is a little confusing it said online it was valet only and there is parking available if needed.

Liked: Comfortable and clean.
Disliked: We bought rooms with city views?? We also bought rooms with breakfast included the staff in the restaurant and the front desk were clueless about this. Then at the restaurant we were told we could only make ONE SELECTION! This was not noted when booking the room. The cost for the single selection was $15. My mom wanted to have granola and fruit it also had a cost of $15 and we were told no! VERY VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS!!!
