Liked: Staff was super friendly! We loved the bar and the pool and were so close to so many restaurants etc.
Disliked: Wish there was a coffee maker in the room and we were notified before housekeeping came to make beds etc. or given a do not disturb sign.

Disliked: Beds were very stiff. Headboard coming off the wall. Couldn’t get hot water to turn on in shower. You only get one towel. You check in for your stay at a bar. The bar is full of drunk golfers that bother other guests. The night manager Miles was drunk too.

Liked: Location is excellent. Price was reasonable.
Disliked: Statue in lobby with signs directing to bar to check in. No phone in room. No coffee pot in room. Poor tile work in bathroom. No exhaust fan in bathroom. No smoke detector. Sand in bed. Paving crew began before 7 am. No directory in room to breakfast or breakfast hours. No directions to hot springs.

A hidden gem with warm...

Liked: The hotel was closed for the winter storm when we arrived, however a staff member came to let us in and rent us a room for the night. He said all the roads were closed and we had to eat, so he made us a pizza and let us into the pro shop to get sodas and snacks. The next morning he provided a delicious breakfast (the waffles were SO GOOD!) and he let us use the hot springs mineral pool, which was magical! We spent the rest of the time either playing in the snow or melting our toes in the piping hot shower!
Disliked: I can't think of a single thing I disliked. The place is a hidden gem and everyone I met was very friendly! I loved our stay and definitely recommend to anyone!

Liked: I think the draw here is for golfers (which we are, but didn't have time to golf), otherwise I probably wouldn't stay here again.
Disliked: The room was old and in need of repairs. The carpet was dirty. We didn't have hand towels or tissues.
