The door men and service desk and bar tender were all excellent.

We had a wonderful stay, was centrally located, very nice staff, very clean room, comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

Liked: I upgraded to a corner room on the 17th floor. The hotel beds are so comfortable being away from home. The pillows are wonderful. The showers are wonderful in the rooms

One night for work, worked...

Liked: Location was good for what I needed to do…didn’t like the resort fee being imposed when I had not used any of it. An industry scam that should be called out.

Liked: Very friendly staff, good location, good size room, everything very clean, nice bathroom with separate shower and bath. I’d stay here again if I came back to Portland.

Exceptional

Great stay for a girl's...

Liked: The beds were like a warm hug and very cushy. The shower had great water pressure and the rain shower was a fun bonus. The location was perfect for me and my daughter visiting Powell's books, the Portland Saturday Market and a concert at Moda Center.
Disliked: The only thing that would have been nice to know was that after a certain time we needed to enter through a side door. We figured it out though.

Liked: Very beautiful but very difficult to pull up to, street parking only unless you valet but even then you only have about 3 spots to park in before they can take your car
