The door men and service desk and bar tender were all excellent.

Liked: It took me two seconds to get a room key handed to me. Fast service! Beautiful, clean, well appointed rooms.

Very good hotel to walk...

Liked: The room we stayed in was clean, and comfortable. Soft mattress were okay. The large bathroom was nice and would be nicer with a lock on the door. The coffee machine is a great plus, if you need that.
Disliked: The thermostat does not work: it's locked at around 70F (during winter at least). Given the hotel, I did not expect an extra $6 for a bottle of water sitting on the room's desk: that felt cheap.

Liked: Great experience from checking in to checkout. The staff was top shelf! Our room was spacious with wonderful decor and the most COMFY bed! We will be back to stay...guaranteed!

I would definitely stay again.

Liked: The room was perfect and quiet. Great view. The staff and the accommodations were excellent. Super dog friendly, which was a plus. Easy valet parking. Delicious restaurant downstairs.
Disliked: The only thing I would say is it would be nice if there was a small green space to take your dog out to go potty. You have to walk around downtown and there are no garbage cans.
