Looked promising but was a...

Liked: The hotel reception area was lovely, felt really inviting and luxurious.
Disliked: The room was a great size, but the sofa and beds were uncomfortable. We had paid for a suite, which the description said came with slippers and gowns but we didn't get these. There was also no milk in the room, and although there was a coffee machine, there were no pods. There was a wall around the windows so we had no view.

Overall a good experience but...

Liked: It's in a great location, and the staff is helpful and kind generally. I am well-informed when checking in, and the room cleaning service is supervised on-site.
Disliked: The staff member who helped with the checkout procedure seemed racist. I am an Asian female, and he is black. He looked impatient and interrupted my words, avoided direct eye contact, and was very upset during the procedure. I am unsure how this would happen given that so many Asian guests stayed in this hotel.
