Pleasant

Liked: The hotel in general was great.Clean rooms, comfortable beds.What I didn't expect was to be given a room without a window.

It was okay.

Disliked: The staff and housekeeping

Liked: excellent friendly team, lovely room and really comfy bed and pillows. also lovely toilet paper!! odd I know but lots of hotels have awful cheap paper.love the little refresh station in reception with water and sweetsgreat breakfast
Disliked: didnt stay long enough!

Not worth the money.

Liked: We stayed for one night, almost £200, and despite the good distance to the 02 and Westfield Shopping Centre, it was not worth that much money.We got charged a £25 'deposit' on arrival, which wasn't mentioned in thr listing on booking.com, and we'd already paid for the room in advance, so it felt a bit weird. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were told we'd get the money back after so we weren't worried.We booked a 3 person room with two beds, when we got to our room there was a pull out sofa (which was listed as a bed on the property listing) and we were given no extra bedding. We went to reception to ask for more bedding and the staff seemed confused at what we were asking, but eventually we talked it through and they said they'd send some up.15 mins later a cleaning person drops by with a pillow and a quilt but no sheets, hands it to my friend at the door and leaves. Not even 5 mins go by and another hotel staff, I think a concierge this time, comes by with a pillow, quilt, and a bedsheet. He is confused at what my friend wants since there's already bedding in the room now, they explain and eventually he helps them to make the bed which was nice.Went to a concert and got back around 11pm, and after the bedding incident it was about 12 and we wanted showers. I'm assuming the hot water in the rooms runs on some sort of boiler system because the hot water would not run AT ALL. You turn on the hot water tap in the sink, shower, or bathtub and no water at all came out. At this point it was late, so we were too tired to call the staff yet again, and decided to wait until morning. The warm water did return in the morning, but it was strange that there was just none at all in the night.In the morning a cleaner knocked our door at 9am to ask if we were checking out, checkout wasn't until 11am and we told them we weren't ready yet so they left.

A Great Stay

Liked: Location was fantastic...just by the Westfield Shepherd's Bush. An abundance of shops, eateries, bars etc....superb location. The Hotel ambience was cool and rooms very comfortable.
Disliked: The hallway had a foul smell that I suspect was due to wet rugs. Apart from that everything else was cool.
