Liked: Love the property and always stay here - very modern and stylish with everything you need
Disliked: For the first time staying there I paid for an upgrade but we got the worst room I’ve been given so far. It was for a special Christmas trip with my children so it was disappointing. The room had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom which made it unpleasant staying in there. I was told someone would come and take a look but no one did. There was no ventilation in the room either. My son wouldn’t even use the shower as the smell was so bad and making us feel sick. There was a lot of dust on the surfaces in the room as well Always been a huge fan of the hotel so it was a big shame

Liked: Fantastic location, communal areas were clean and well maintained, quiet rooms too.
Disliked: The bedroom smelt like stale cigarettes and the bathroom had a strong smell of mould.

Disliked: We booked a room for 3 people but when we arrived the room only had 2 beds. They had to bring the 3rd bed up. The room didn't have 3 cups, glasses, robes. We requested them and they never arrived. Beware if booking for 3 people. On two occasions staff let other customers push in front when queuing for breakfast and to check out but yet when checking out they asked if it was OK to charge a 12.5% tip to us for the staff!
