It was ok, clean, spacius...

Liked: Room clean, spacius
Disliked: Room on 1st floor with no view from window even though the room was not the standard one. I decided to have the breakbast with charge discussed upon arrival at the day of check-out, but I was told that I had to tell them upon arrival, otherwise the charge would be more. I ended up not having breakfast there.

Overall not a good experience,...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The tiredness of the room, particularly the bathroom. The stained carpet. Staff conversing socially and discrediting customers at check in. Cold breakfast .

Never again

Disliked: The room wasn't set for 3 adults as per booking. The room was nothing like shown on the website. It took over 2 hours to speak to anyone capable of sorting by which time I had lost my table booking at the restaurant and also my tickets to the theatre. In the end we all decided to leave and have been advised we will receive full refund... in 7 to 10 days. We shall see!!
