Liked: Great little boutique hotel in the CBD. Great location - most places of attraction are 10-15 mins by walk or within 2-3 stops on the tram line [within free tram zone]. Rooms have a nice modern decor. Our room had a little sofa bed in addition to the queen bed which was nice to have for our family of three. Staff is super sweet, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was overpriced for the choices available. Instead recommend checking out the neighborhood cafes. Very little closet space - ok for 1 but problematic if you're traveling as a family. We were told city view rooms were better than the garden view ones but in reality city view is looking into the windows of another building across the street. Didn't matter much for us as we spend very little time in the room
