Disappointing

A wonderful experience overall and...

Liked: Premium facilities and great location. The view was the highlight! We loved having everything right there as well.
Disliked: The parking wasn’t clear and no information on booking so we drove around for quite some time.

A lovely mid week stay!

Liked: The Dorsett is a very beautiful and luxurious accommodation. The room was beautiful, great balcony view, the breakfast over at Harvest Buffet was spectacular. All of our staff interactions were great and really friendly and accommodating. We stayed mid week so quiet a few of the restaurants were closed earlier or in general, however there was still options for late night food inside the Sports Bar which was great. All in all, a real great night.
Disliked: The only issue we came across and it seemed like a couple of other guests did too was locating the parking and the correct level for the entrance to the Dorsett, but this is very minimal.

The receptionist was rude and...

Disliked: When I first checked in, the receptionist was rude and seemed uninterested in assisting me with navigating the resort. The included breakfast was disappointing, as there were no halal options available—just a few vegetarian substitutes. Additionally, the hotel cleanliness fell short of my expectations, and the bathroom door was broken. Overall, it was a poor experience considering the price I paid.
