Great staff, location and restaurant!

Liked: I told them I’d fractured my ankle and they assigned me a room on the ground floor with a huge bathroom. There was a lift to breakfast and everyone was so empathetic and helpful. The interiors by kit kemp looked fresh, modern and inviting. A most delightful and luxurious boutique hotel with its own restaurant and bar. Will be back in a heartbeat.
Disliked: Nothing.

Lovely hotel with great staff

Liked: Lovely staff and beautifully appointed.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t as good as at other firmdale hotels I’ve stayed at.
