Liked: Great location & proximity to various transport options. Beautiful venue, great staff & very very comfortable. I didn't try breakfast but did have a dinner which was delicious.
Disliked: Not much - all was great. Maybe a bit of ambience in the bar would be even better, although cocktails and service was outstanding.

Searching for new London hotel

Liked: Location
Disliked: The safe in the room had issues every day (3) that were never resolved until a technician drilled it open 2 hours before I had to leave to catch my train. I was offered a free coffee and had to ask to have my mini bar comped. Unacceptable.

Liked: My room was so nice and the location was incredible. The design felt so classic London and I felt super comfortable as a solo traveler.
Disliked: Having to go home lol I would like to move in.

Disappointing

Liked: Wonderful staff location and rooms we always have stayed here in our trips to London and found it much better than the many alternatives we have tried in the past
Disliked: On check out the hotel added a hidden 5% Service charge to our room accommodation rate ( allegedly to pay to all the hotel staff as tips) , this was concealed through the booking process and not disclosed at check in. We think this is an unfair and deceitful business. Now we are looking for a new place to stay where we will not be cheated.
