Liked: I booked king room for 4 nights . I did the check in , the Lady in charge of reception gave me a room with 2 beds , the wrong room , I came back asking the right room and the Sir at the reception gave me the king room booked.
Disliked: sheets bed full of long hairs and dirty , I showed the video took at the reception , next day they changed.The Lady at the reception missi to tell me , the door of the Hotel is locked after 12:00 pm , there is a code to open the door. 4 stars usually it suppose to have lobby 24 hours . Anyway 01:00 am I called many times, and I ringed the bell many times, thanks good one Man that I suppose live on the first floor open my door.I booked this hotel many times in the past , the name was different , quality of rooms and services was excellent , It was real 4 Stars , since it changed the name and probably the property to Dormero , it became very cheap hotel , low quality level. This is not 4 stars hotel.It is ridiculous , to ask 15 euros for nights parking under open porch............Bar was always closed , sauna was off too during the day probably. In the past everything was working.

Liked: The rooms are excellent. The cleanliness of the whole hotel is superb.
Disliked: It is extremely quiet on an evening the bar area is empty and indeed didn't look open. That's all I could criticise about the hotel.

Liked: The waitress at the breakfast room, Judy's service is excellent.
Disliked: The receptionist's service at the front desk is just so-so.
