Great staff, very comfortable stay.

Liked: The hotel was ideally placed for the Hannover Marathon (the purpose of our visit), but we didn’t research whether we could easily find somewhere to eat and drink without using public transport (which was our own fault!)Otherwise the stay was perfectly suited to our trip and we found all staff to be exceptionally helpful and professional.

Ok for its price, but...

Liked: Breakfeast itself was good, rooms looked nice, a few free drinks were in the room fridge, rooms were nicely set up, bath was pretty new, rooms were calm
Disliked: The rooms were not well cleaned (when walking from the bath to bed, feet were dirty again with dust). The remote control of the TV worked barely (maybe because of a deployed battery). There was only one or two people for cleaning up breakfast stuff, guests are asked in written to help clean up by putting their dishes onto a long board. It took then quite a while until somebody came to swite tables if so. The floor in the breakfast room was dirty. I had the feeling the choice of light in the spa area was to avoid seeing badly cleand areas, the gym room was smelly.

Disliked: Room was a bit too warm in the evening, walk-in shower rather than current arrangement, no phones in room, only one tv station in English
