Liked: Location for Messe. That was the only 'Like'.
Disliked: My room faced the train tracks, and the trains never stop 24/7. Impossible to sleep. Rates for the room, were heavily inflated due to a Show taking place. Over €1300 for 3 nights B&B - Ridiculous for a glorified Hostel. No Restaurant in hotel, or Bar. Actually there was a Bar but no body would serve you there. You had to ask for towels to be changed, even though staying three nights, same applied to if you wanted your room cleaned. Overall stay was terrible. Never again. I would not recommend. For a business trip, I expected a lot more with the cost we were charged.

Disliked: We waited 2 hours to check in! The receptionist said there were only 2 other receptionists, 1 was on vacation and 1 was sick. Despite this, we waited 2 hours to check in, along with a lot of others. I think it is disappointing that the hotel does not have more staff incase of situations like this. When we checked in, another hotel guest went ahead of us in the line. The receptionist still let them in, even though they had not waited. We mentioned this to him, and his only response was "we are all adults here" which was very frustrating and unprofessional.
