Good for a short wellness trip

Liked: Nice personell, easy access to the wellness.
Disliked: The whole facility is becoming a bit old. The rooms are outdated.

Disliked: No AC , Im not suggest this hotel in summer because too hot , no complementary drinks on the room even bottle of water also Im wandering why they are not explaining for us what they have or not have in their hotel we are just waiting our room to finish because we came early more than 3 hours just set and wait I saw them how explain for others nationality about hotel but not us

Great SPA hotel in the Black Forest

Liked: The rooms are very clean and roomy. The restaurant is convenient and serves quality food. All in all the hotel has great facilities and very good access to the SPA as well as it is very close to Freiburg.
Disliked: The room was too hot. Even opening the windows we were unable to lower the temperature as there was no draft and no A/C.

Liked: It's a nice hotel that is connected to thermal bath, which is very convenient. We really liked the location, it feels so peaceful there.
Disliked: It would be nice to have mosquitoe nets in the rooms. We didn't have air conditioner, so we needed to open the windows and some bugs wanted to come in immediately. Rooms are bit old and it looked like they don't clean them very well as it was still dusty.
