Great Breakfast buffet and well...

Liked: * great location in city centre* rooms were large and cosy* amazing breakfast * very friendly staff * convenient communicating rooms for families
Disliked: * they put a piano on the first floor where you have the rooms and we’ve been bothered from very rude people playing in the middle of the night 3 times so 1st night was tough but luckily the staff was nice and we were able to change rooms. Avoid the 1st floor if you can.

Disliked: It was the second time we came and this time the cleaning was not that well done. Stains from glass on the night table, the toilet was not well cleaned, looked like someone had just used it. One of the cotton swabs look like already used…

Relaxing, comfortable and very enjoyable...

Liked: The hotel was the best we've had in Mannheim to date. The standard room we had was very spacious, clean and fresh with a huge comfortable bed. The room was on the street side, but there was no disturbance from that. The location was spot on. 2 minutes walk from the Wasserturm, 3 minutes from City center. All of the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Excellent parking facilities beneath the hotel. Most important for us, the hotel and staff are very dog friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody, both business and pleasure.
Disliked: can't think of any negative points.
