Exceptional room, excellent service, easy...

Liked: I stay at the Dorint Eppendorf when I am required for an early appointment at the University Clinic, which is next door. I always get exactly what I expect and usually more.
Disliked: There is nothing to not like, although I must say that hanging the hairdryer over the toilet roll is a bit odd. I never know what to do with the cord which interferes with the roller. This is true in every room I have stayed in. :D

Liked: I needed a room for one night to be available for a health clinic appointment early in the morning. It is a common practice for me. I am always well taken care of, and I appreciate no surprises.
Disliked: Everything is always as before. No surprises; no dislikes.

Disliked: Room quite small. Very empty not cozy lobby

Disliked: When checking in a woman, please DO NOT say out her room number. It really creates an unsafe situation, where she can feel compromised. So please just hand the key card, and just say something like, have a good stay

Liked: I only stayed for one night during a short business trip, so I can't say too much about this hotel. The experience I had was great. It's a rather typical German hotel. No frills, a bit cold (atmosphere, not temperature) but perfectly efficient, very clean and quite comfy.
Disliked: Nothing in particular.
