Liked: Stayed here a few times, easy to get to, perfect for the Christmas markets. Hotel is spotless and staff very friendly

Disliked: I don't recommend it. It's a terribly dirty room. There was dust everywhere. We couldn't sleep at night because of coughing, and it was impossible to breathe. My lungs hurt. We ran away from the hotel ahead of the check-out time. It was impossible to stay. A piece of glass was lying by the table. Cobwebs at the table. The video shows the amount of dust in the room. Our child also complained that it was hard for him to breathe. We even took antihistamines, but it didn't get any easier.The hotel charges 25 euros per day(!) for cleaning after the pet. But the hotel does not clean this room at all. There has been no wet cleaning here for years.Why did we give so much money? Why does a 4-star hotel?
