Superb stay at Dorint Hotel Erfurt

Liked: Room qas excellent and spacious. The staff was so professional and attended to needs in making our stay comfortable.
Disliked: Minor feedback to improve. Inconvenient not having kettle and coffee making facilities in the room. The coffee making facility was at the lobby though. Why not offering such facilities upon check in as a choice for international traveller.

Liked: Excellent buffet-style breakfast. Delicious! The interior is nice - very roomy, cozy and calm. A great place to stay. 5 mins to Dom, city center is really close. Very friendly personnel. One of the best places I've ever been to.

Good place to stay, but not with the internal windows.

Liked: Good location, pleasant and efficient. Reception staff were very friendly, one twice made dinner reservations at local restaurants for us . We liked the glass lift. Secure parking for the car.
Disliked: The huge glass atrium gets very hot in summer. Our room only had a window onto the atrium, and with rooms opposite, the net curtains had to be closed all the time. This meant little natural light, so not a nice room to spend time in.
