Liked: Proximity to the airport is excellent with an airport shuttle running every 30 mins.Rooms are clean and spacious The breakfast spread was also good... a lot to choose from
Disliked: Long distance from major tourist attractions.It would be nice if a tourist desk is provided along with a shuttle service.

Liked: Friendly staff, nice suite.
Disliked: We waited too long for the shuttle buses on the way to the hotel. You can't go to the hotel in any other way besides the shuttle or by taxi.

Liked: 1) Breakfast was good.2) The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was very convenient.
Disliked: 1) The room should have a comfortable sitting sofa, instead of an uncomfortable one.2) A microwave oven with some plates were missing.

Liked: Only location was the best thing I like about it. I have been coming to Dorint Zurich almost every year however this year they have squeezed all the comfort given to the client.
Disliked: Apart from location everything was bad !! Very bad! Non courteous experience from the staff !

Liked: Near airport and walking distance to tram station
Disliked: No amenities like toothpaste, toohbrush etc...

Liked: Room was quite spacoius
Disliked: The airport shuttle has not shown up. Had to wait for the next one with children late at night, this was really a pity. Could not reach hotel staff for help. Though on the website of the hotel it says the shuttle is for free and comes ecmvery 30 minutes, it did not come and when it csme the driver wanted us to pay. In the end we insisted on not paying but still this was not a nice experience. Hotel staff was not really friendly. He seemed to be a bit annoyed by the customers. Not the best service mentality. We expected something more professionel fro the price.
