Lovely staff

Liked: Close to hotel, staff were all excellent & very accommodating. We were unable to fly home because of the fire at Heathrow and the receptionist noticed it was my son’s birthday. They brought a cake for him after we had finished dinner and the waiting staff sang happy birthday - they made a little boy very happy (he was feeling very sad about not getting home to his presents for his birthday)The family room was greatFood was excellent
