Liked: A bag with documents and money was stolen from the hotel lobby. The hotel staff refused to even call the police or show the video camera footage. No security at all.

Liked: Breakfast was good but could have been better. The atmosphere in the hotel was good.
Disliked: The problem with opening the door and the key failure were annoying.

Liked: The staff was superb.
Disliked: The bed was not as expected - it was smaller. The breakfast could be better for 4 stars. I have stayed in hotels with better breakfast.

A reasonable stay if you...

Liked: Car parking below the hotel, comfortable bed, unobstructed view from the window.
Disliked: The room was cold with inadequate heating unable to be set higher than 23 degrees, and the bathroom colder. The hotel common areas were properly heated. This is discomfort. Being supplied with room drinking water and then being charged for the water on checkout. This is not notified in the room and is disingenuous. The bathroom cleaning was inadequate, with black hairs being found in the bathroom. The quality of the breakfast foods is low.
