Liked: Staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble

Central location, friendly staff, ok...

Liked: Efficient check-in and friendly staff. Room ready early and we could check in. The room, though small, was very clean with a comfortable bed. The location is excellent.
Disliked: The room was very small, unlike the photos we saw online when booking. We were stepping around each other. We were looking out on a wall, a flat roof and extractor fan. Immediately on opening our bedroom door, there were three or four steps down to the landing, so you needed to be aware of this at all times when opening the door. The door literally opened onto a set of steps. It’s a little dangerous, and my husband stumbled a couple of times leaving the room. You need to add the cost of parking onto the room rate if driving, as there is no car park and the hotel does not subsidise parking like other hotels in the town do.

Liked: Brilliant location, nice bar, room was clean, staff was nice, bed was comfy.
Disliked: Walls were a little thin and could hear the neighbours in the morning.

Liked: It’s perfectly located for bus and train. There is lots to do around the immediate area and you have the option of taking the bus to bundorron for example.It’s super clean.Information is readily available The staff are amazing, food was amazing.We will definitely be back
