Liked: I liked the checking process and that the code was convenient so we didn't need to deal with key cards that don't work and we could arrive when it worked for us. The breakfast seemed fine but I couldn't eat any of it because of food limitations. I did like you set up thou.

Liked: The place was charming, and the owners were incredibly friendly. They served fresh, homemade breakfast every day, making us feel at home. The room was spotless, and the bedding was some of the most comfortable I’ve ever had. Highly recommend for a cozy stay!

Liked: That was the most pleasant experience I have had in years. The property is amazing, you can see a creek right out of the windows as if you're in a cabin. The air is fresh, you can't hear the sound of the road, the room is decorated so creatively, our 4-year-old adored it. I thought the room would be a little cramped (from the pictures), but it was not, there was a decent amount of space between the beds and in the little sitting area. The breakfast was incredible (thanks, Nina!), we got gift cards for an amazing coffee shop nearby because of the kitchen renovation. The beach is a 10 minutes' walk, and we liked it more than any of the Tahoe beaches (where parking is a nightmare). We took Amtrak train to get to Truckee from the Bay Area, and the experience was great (parking at Emeryville station was straightforward, seating was comfortable, bringing a car seat was not a problem, and car rental agency was great).
