Liked: They were really accommodating when I requested a late checkout. Breakfast was very nice and its about 20 minutes away from the city centre by train. Would come again

Liked: Couldn't fault our stay from the time we arrived with a room upgrade and bottle of prosecco to check out with a complementary bottle of water, we were looked after and greeted by friendly staff. Rooms were great, very clean, and spacious.Metro / trams just outside and very easy to use. We had an amazing stay in a beautiful city. Would highly recommend.

Enjoyable, would definitely stay another...

Liked: Helpful staff, excellent breakfast, slightly out of the centre, but metro, bus and tram connections right outside. We enjoyed the walk into the centre about 40 minutes.
Disliked: Rooms fine but a little tired in need of an uplift

Great hotel and stay

Liked: The hotel was clean and services were excellent. Complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and complimentary water everyday.
Disliked: Shame the toilet was cracked all over as everything else was excellent.

Amazing location

Liked: The staff was very kind and available to help. The location is great, right beside a subway station. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We were given a bottle of wine at the reception and I felt that they were trying to make us feel special, which was cool.
Disliked: Sometimes it gets very busy to take the elevator and also to have breakfast. We had dinner at the restaurant and we felt pressured by the server to give him a tip, as he literally asked us the percentage he should add to the bill. I'm not sure if this is something common in Prague, but it was the only place that happened to us.
