Liked: Excellent location, a few minutes walk from the train station and right next to the Basilica Santa Maria Novella. Really close to all of the other main attractions in the city. Staff on the front desk were really helpful and friendly. Perhaps because of where my room was, it was lovely and peaceful and quiet. I enjoyed the tasty breakfast.
Disliked: Shower was slightly decrepit but worked sufficiently.

Liked: I chose this hotel because it was so close to the end of the T2 tram. I walked to the location within 5 minutes. The hotel is scenically located to a monument square and surrounded by yummy restaurants.
Disliked: The price seemed a little excessive.
