Liked: It was clean and everyday the staff was cleaning the room.
Disliked: The room was extra small and very uncomfortable for two people. There was not enough space for proper wardrobe and it was situated on the last floor of the main building. The staircase was very steep and there was no elevator. After all it was a little overpriced with those conveniences.

Location good but not child/family...

Liked: It was near to the main station.
Disliked: I contacted the property about a travel cot for my child and didn’t get a proper response but some kind of automated response which mentioned the cot. I assumed this was then confirmed. Upon arrival, no travel cot. Lady at reception said she’d organise one and hadn’t received my messages sent on the booking.com app. Kept promising to call me about it and didn’t. When I then called, the reception ignored my calls. I tried via text message and those were ignored too. Finally, someone called around 9:30pm and by that point I’d given up asking for a cot. Had to share the bed with the baby which wasn’t ideal. I also had to arrange help to get down the stairs to leave the building the next day due to having luggage, a buggy and baby. This worked fortunately. Room clean apart from the mugs. Had to wash one before I could use it; I left the dirtier one. Hand wash in the dispenser in the shower but shampoo in the dispenser in the sink outside the shower room.
