Liked: Excellent location at a stone's throw from the train station
Disliked: Room reeked of cigarettes, ash tray on balcony was full of butts. We had requested 2 separate beds, but had to separate them ourselves (more than enough room for this) When we did this, it was obvious the ground between/under the beds has never been cleaned. Several flights of stairs to get to the room, no elevator.

Disliked: I found cleanliness of room lacking. There was lots of dust, please check the corners at top of tiles in bathroom & dust on side of clothes hanging space & especially behind TV. Perhaps minor but the room was missing a bottle opener so I bought my own & left it there for next guest. The toilet seat was broken at the hinge, not particularly safe to sit on as it kept sliding. My first stay was very pleasing in the comfort room, this second stay was not as expected based on the first especially as this was a larger & more expensive room. Please try to do better with your cleaning as it had previously been much better.

Liked: The location is very good when traveling by train and staying a few days in Cologne (if you get what you paid for).
Disliked: We paid for a room with a balcony, which we didn't get. TV didn't work and the shower is so small that you can barely fit in, we did but many people won't find it comfortable.Complaining during your stay is not an option either as their given email address doesn't work and you don't want to spend short trips to complain - we definitely didn't get what we paid for and therefore can't recommend the place.
