Liked: Location is dynamite. Security is attentive and available 24/7. Building is fairly soundproof considering the loud restaurants in the area. 2 BR suite is beautiful, perfect for a family. Breakfast is minimal but just enough to get you going before hitting the city. Glass bottles provided for filtered water tap which was very thoughtful.
Disliked: Member of our group was told to get out of hot tub after uncovering it himself although it was operating without issue, kinda spooked him. Coffee provided day 1 not restocked each day.

Great stay

Liked: The flat was huge, and it was great. Plenty of space for 3 people (1 couple + 1 person). It had a walk-in wardrobe! Would also work for a family. Nice pool and hot tub.
Disliked: Only very minor complaints. Breakfast wasn't great. Toaster didn't work. Selection wasn't outstanding. The TV was on all the time which was pointless and noisy.

Liked: I liked everything! Great service, great value, wonderful location and a suite that had a big kitchen, washer, drier, two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony. Best hotel in Mexico City! I have been traveling to Mexico City for 25 years and this is the best place I have stayed in 25 years!!!
Disliked: There was a problem with the two showers but they took care of it right away.
