Warning £100 security deposit expected...

Liked: Rooms spotlessly clean, staff super friendly great location
Disliked: Being strong armed into paying a £100 just in case deposit. Room had been paid for a month in advance and at no stage was this £100 security deposit mentioned until we arrived. Really really soured our stay in what would have been a fantastic hotel
