Not very impressive

Disliked: Extremely noisy. Even in the early hours it was horrendously noisy. On arrival I had to pay a £100 deposit for damage which I was unaware of until I got there.

Liked: the location and room were both convenient and good, with no issues regarding cleanliness
Disliked: the wifi didn’t work sometimes or was generally slow at least from my room

Disappointing

Liked: Staff wonderful. I changed room due to bollard making noise. Also for an executive room no hamper no treats just didn't display what was advertised. Definatly isn't sound proof.
Disliked: As I explained no hamper or treats as a boasts an executive room sound proof. Definitely not. Also had a shock on arrival when hotel wanted a extra 150 deposit. No offence but test is over the price of the booking!! As I say staff were amazing

One of the best hotel...

Liked: Everything we went a group of 3 female friends & had a family room which had 2 bedrooms , a double bed & another room with 2 single beds so we had a lot of privacy.
Disliked: Nothing everything was top notch .
