Exceptional

Liked: The staff are extremely friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. They really do put the guests first. The breakfast is fantastic. Well done guys. We always choose this hotel. We hadn't been for a while and the level of service hasn't changed one bit. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Disliked: Was cold and the cleaner was very rude banging on the door at 9 am waking me up to tell me check out is 11 bed sheet on single bed was dirty with blood stains very noisey dog barking out the back
