Would not stay here again...
Liked: Location was good distance to the beach

Did not have my room...
Liked: The tiki bar
Disliked: No hot water , 3 hours later ( sorry no hot water , just tuffen up ) at $300 plus a night really Staff very very unfriendlyCommunication very poor Everything you ask seems like a favor or putting the. Out of their way Wife had surgery, had wagon for all our stuff piled high , asked to have door opened with ramp( wheel chair ramp ) , answer was use the 7 steps of the stairs . Really Bed broke , mattress was to small for frame. I paid for king size bed . I got Queen on king bed frame

Liked: Location and view
Disliked: even though there was a sign that stated breakfast was daily from 7am to 11 - I sat and waiting till 8:15 and there was no breakfast - I was told the kitchen was not ready- also, no room service because it was spring break- this was not posted on the site.

they made me leave
Liked: nothing . management rude and instead of 1 bedroom apartment I got a 2 bed tiny room . manager said apartment wasn’t available but when I got there it was empty and they asked me to leave because there were mostly older folk that lives there and I had kids playing in pool . I feel disrespected and discriminated against. Rafael treated and spoke to me very rudely and harsh . worst experience ever
Disliked: the management lied to keep me from staying there after I paid my money and searched all day to find a deal and management was unkind and rude

Complete waste, bs operation
Liked: Total scam. I booked dolphin isle resort due to its location. Did not realize the property was managed by another hotel. My booking was transferred to another, off property location without my consent. The reason provided was that another guest wanted to stay longer and the hotel let them take my reservation. The hotel then offered to book me into another property, but again, I chose my booking specifically for the location. They never called me to confirm I was OK with the change and I only found this out as I showed up at checkin after driving 700 miles. Poor service. No apology. This is not how your treat customers.
Disliked: I would have liked my original booking.

Liked: beautiful and peaceful aside from the ashtray & cigarette smell the first room had. We quickly contacted the property staff and was changed to a room that smelled better.
Disliked: the cigarette & ashtray smell inside first room
