Disappointing stay

Liked: The check in process and allocation of the room I had requested
Disliked: Although I had requested this particular room as it usually works for me I had not been told that the window had been boarded up. This caused claustrophobia and I could not open the window for fresh air and it was like being in a cave. The TV was not working either, no signal, it was too late for me to complain and get it fixed. The mattress is lumpy right in the middle causing discomfort. There must be a flat roof above the bed as the rain made a battering noise all night. I did not get much sleep and I will not want this room on future visits but I need a downstairs accessible one.

Liked: The staff was super friendly (offered to keep an eye on our bags before the check-in time, so we were free to explore the city), location is right next to the metro stations and overall price-value ratio is adequate.

Cute, comfy place

Liked: The Hotel is located close to the subway and also you can get to the center of the city by foot in 30 min to 1 hour. I liked that they have an electric kettle and small fridge in the room.
Disliked: The stairs in the building are quite narrow and feel dangerous. But this building is old so this is understandable.

Liked: Location was perfect and it was clean. Everyday they cleaned up.
Disliked: The toilet is so tiny a big person is not going to even fit in. One of the beds had the matress broken in the middle so it gave one of us back pain, they should change matresses if they are in this state. Our bedroom was in the ground floor and you could listen to every person that walked by in the night.

Liked: Amazing location, lovely and clean, very reasonable
Disliked: Shower in our bedroom didn’t work, only hot water came through and it was way too hot making showering impossible

Great spot for a short...

Liked: Really great location, very welcoming friendly staff, small room overlooking the square. Shower room small but very clean.
Disliked: My only negative comment was that the beds moved easily in the vinyl floor so when you sat up in bed rest against the bed head, the bed moved forward.
