Avoid this hotel!
Disliked: Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel!I wish I could give this hotel zero stars. Our stay at Dolce was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.We had prepaid for two rooms through Booking.com, including all taxes and fees, yet upon check-in, we were unexpectedly charged over $700. This was never disclosed during booking.Shortly after checking in, the front desk told us they had given us the wrong room and made us pack up and move. Later that night, when we returned, the key to our second room no longer worked. When we asked for a replacement, we were told that someone else was already sleeping in our room! The hotel staff denied that we had ever been assigned to that room, even though all of our belongings—luggage, wallets, passports, and other valuables—were left inside.Instead of informing us where (or why) our things had been moved, we were left scrambling to find them. Luckily, we had an AirTag in one of our bags, which showed that hotel staff had packed up our belongings and dumped them in a back room without notifying us. This was beyond unacceptable, especially since we had important travel documents inside and a flight the next day.After finally retrieving our bags, we were given another room that hadn’t even been cleaned. Exhausted and frustrated, we had no choice but to stay there.At checkout, the manager apologized and promised a full refund, including the extra charges. She took our contact information and assured us she would follow up within 24 hours. A week has passed, and we have heard nothing. Not only did they fail to refund us, but they also charged an additional amount to our credit card on top of the $1,200+ we had already paid for the one night stay.This was hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Unprofessional staff, complete mismanagement, and zero accountability. If you value your time, money, and personal belongings, stay far away from this hotel.

Liked: Rooms clean, beds really comfortable.Breakfast providedFree wi-fi Hotel has rooftop bar and restaurant as well as a pool but we didn’t use any of these.

Liked: Everyone is very polite and cheerful and willing to help. Special thanks to Amanda from front office she helped me alot with upgrading my room to get a very beautiful view.- Unfortunately some services are not free like Valet parking, they should offer some free parking spots.- They should offer messaging option in this application instead of calling Booking then wait for the response for easier communication.
