Liked: Very challenging. Not pleasant. Upon arrival discovered no internet. Check in was a nightmare and the lineup was inexcusable. The staff was trying to help but there was no management on the premises. We could not get into our room, so gave us a "real key". That did not work so we had to get another, go back to front desk to retrieve. No TV. Hard to relax after long car ride....so much for looking forward to a grand concert at the Hard Rock. Breakfast provided no hot food. System still down . Check out offered no paper trail of charges. Consequently, we discovered later we had been charged twice for our room. Another hassle for us to work out. The staff was overworked and obviously uncomfortable because of the situation. They really tried to compensate. That was noticed! It was a shame because we chose to stay at the Dolce because of good reviews when we could have stayed at Daughter's living in Miami. The compensation we were given for all the inconvenience was not nearly worth the disappointment for expectations we had initially had for the "wow" factor of Il Volo, a special birthday gift. Not planning to revisit, a poor showing for any Wyndham. .

Liked: - Good hotel close to the casino hard rock. Nice and clean room.- The only complaint that I have is the parking when we got there is just valet parking and they don’t get you any information how the parking works there, later at the moment for check out I find out that is 35$ for night for the parking. Not problem to pay just they have to be more clear at the moment of the checking and letting me, so I am no surprise with the bill at check out

Liked: Location was great, breakfast was very good, the staff that taxied back and forth was wonderful
Disliked: Room was not ready when I got there at check in time, the girl said it was dirty and we would have to wait. I just thought that was a strange way to communicate that the room was not ready! Also, she charged our card for the full amount and said we did not pay yet, which we did in advance, thank goodness we had proof on my phone so she did reverse it, but she also insisted we had not paid.So the only real issue I had there was the check in process and the fact that she could not see on the computer that we paid booking.com in advance.
