Memorable stay in the heart...

Liked: Location, very friendly and professional staff. Good restaurants.
Disliked: Not so convenient if you come by car, as the hotel is in a pedestrian area.

Liked: The location
Disliked: Too crowded, elevator always busy or not working. Reception in the middle of the restaurant, so place is too noisy.

Highly recommend. Fantastic location

Liked: The location is in the heart of Vienna city. It's a fantastic location walking distance to food, restaurants, cafes, shopping and attractions. Loved it. Staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. Loved the hot dog stands.
Disliked: I wish I had more time. Everything was brilliant.
