Disliked: The room wasn’t the one booked on the website, i have been told off by the rude night receptionist for late check in while they have 24h reception desk, he was upset because i woke him up, tv was not working

Liked: For a London hotel it's cheap and cheerful, did the job for a one night stay and the breakfast was nice.

Superb

Liked: Great stuff very kind and available, even in the middle of the night! Position is very good too, metro station takes only a 2 minute walk

Disappointing

Liked: Location was close to public transport, however the area was a bit shady.Our window was broken, we couldn't close it, and the one of the lock on the door was broken as well.There was mold on the ceiling. The bed was comfortable, bedsheets were clean. Breakfast was OK, staff was kind.

Liked: It was clean staff friendly. Tea and coffee and fridge
Disliked: En suite clean but several issues - shower door broken. Toilet seat moves. Toilet flush needs attention and shower very very slow to drain black mould above shower on ceiling. Wardrobe door needs adjusting. Overall could do with attention
