Liked: Good location for our needs. Secure front door and 24 hour reception. Beds were quite comfy.
Disliked: Room smelt a bit of stale tobacco as walked in. Door locks quite antiquated and took a couple of attempts to lock and then unlock. There was no cooked breakfast left when I came in for breakfast, but other options reasonable.

Liked: Breakfast was just okay and location is little off sight.
Disliked: Room is very small, bathroom is even smaller. No drinking water bottle, I was asked to drink tap water. Tarrif is very high compared to what I was charged, it should be half

If I was going to...

Liked: The room was nicely decorated and well maintained. The bathroom was really good; clean and with a decent sized bin. I liked that a fan had been provided in case the room got stuffy.
Disliked: It was difficult to close the door from the outside (19).

Pleasant

Liked: The staff were nice and allowed me to change rooms when i wasn't satisfied. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was close to the Troxy Venue.
Disliked: The area of location wasn't the best. There were long stairs. The room was a little poor but the bed was very comfortable.
