Lovely hotel in great location

Liked: The hotel is lovely, albeit the rooms are small. I opted for the balcony, and was given the largest one, and was worth the upgrade. However cold weather meant I didn't use it as much as I was hoping. Good option for the summer. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The area is full of bars and restaurants, and the transport links to all the big attractions brilliant. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe in the area and comfortable eating and drinking on my own. As a sidenote, take your own hairdryer. The one in the room is in the bathroom and not very powerful. Overall, fantastic hotel.

Liked: It was in paris
Disliked: They gave me a card to a door that wouldn’t open. Gave me 5 more cards. Didn’t open. The front desk Couldn’t help me. I had to get my door opened with a machine, which i wouldn’t expect for a 4 star hotel. The shower also had a hair on it which was the cherry on top
