Liked: Very clean, great dinning experience, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

Disliked: The valet left my car unlocked the entire time. The elevators took forever, the lobby was very small and overcrowded at times. The noise level in the room was loud from the street traffic.

Fabulous vacation!

Liked: The hotel was nice, convenient and clean. The staff was competent and delightful. We got excellent value for our money. i recommend it and i plan to visit again.

Liked: I liked the location, room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact there were no glasses or ice buckets in room. I had to come downstairs to go to the bar which was okay. Elevator took a long to arrive (30th) floor, also my room view was not great more like a view between a building and alley.

Liked: Whenever I can I always choose those hotel when in NYC. Staff is always welcoming and accommodating. The location, although not exceptionally beautiful view wise, unless on higher floors, is very very convenient. And the beds are super comfortable.
