Liked: Good location, affordable considering Paris prices for new year holidays, nice staff
Disliked: Room was small, no sufficient privacy in the bathroom as there’s only a sliding door (likely to save space)

Liked: Good central location, close to metro, short walk from Gare de l'Est, safe neighbourhood. Friendly staff, reception open 24h. Breakfast is ok, there is bread, butter, jam, boiled egg, 1 slice of cheese and 3 slices of ham, yogurt, apple and orange juice. Clean. There is hair-dryer. There is a supermarket very near.
Disliked: Room is super small (definitely less than 10m2), which is a bit depressive. Sink is small. Mattress was old and not comfortable (too soft).
