Liked: Not much. The breakfast was ok. Other 4 star hotels in PN are better value, better serviced and better located. Had to be prompted to service the room and it was done very grudgingly
Disliked: It was dated, of marginal cleanliness. Rude checkin staff who told us at 13.50 they couldn’t check us in till 1400. We understand that we couldn’t have rooms allocated or access to rooms until then but they wouldn’t even take our details so we had to hang around. No explanation was given other than ‘the computer says….’

Liked: The room was a little dark but the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff at the hotel were amazing, very jolly and helpful.

Disliked: lack of a meal service when arriving back late on Saturday. Lack of detail to the small things such as no mini bar in the room, limited shampoos and such products. lack of a late room service.

Liked: Nice lobby, great locationHad bath which i wanted & 2 double beds
Disliked: The 2 double Beds were different heights . Bed was very hard I got no sleep. Horrible lumpy pillows. Very old looking room. Dinner was ruined by smell of staff with horrific BO no wonder restaurant was completely empty on a Friday night. Dont do room service breakfastThis cost $450 a night. I can get 5 star in Auckland for under that price and its a lot better. I stay in Dunedin alot & its gorgeous -this is nothing at all like that.
